Branch
Report:
29th June 2005 -
Golf Day at
Radyr
The branch held it's Annual Golf Day on the 29th June 2005, at the Radyr
Golf Club.
As usual both the golf and evening dinner were booked to capacity.
The Golf Day
Sub-committee, made up of Glyn Cullen, Paul Coughlin and Stan Curtin, did
a superb job of organising the function and ensuring fine weather for a
perfect days golf.
Refreshments, half way
round the course, were provided by Taylor & Sons, where Phil and Cherry
Davison-Sebry, and their band of helpers, offered players hot dogs,
burgers and Pimms to help them on their way.
The presentation of the prizes
was made during the evening dinner, which was attended by 110 members and
guests.
The Branch would like to
thank the Golf Day Sub-committee, members and sponsoring companies for their support, ensuring the
success of this top class event.
