Presentation by Duo
(Europe) plc
The final technical evening
of the season was presented by Duo (Europe) plc.
Fintan McKeever director of
Duo Europe spoke about the formation of Duo and the benefits of the
company having many smaller contributing companies providing a variety of
products and services to the quarrying and recycling industry. Fintan
highlighted the various companies which form Duo from the mobile crushers
and screen to the state of the art washing plants and the bespoke
engineering and after service throughout the UK
now offered by Duo. The latest technology in washing plants was
explained along with examples of how Duo had provided solutions to washing
plant problems for many customers.
Dudley Lloyd then explained the engineering services
now offered by Duo through LGH. This is a new aspect of the service
provided by Duo, which incorporates the construction of plants from
scratch with examples of completed plants and all the engineering support
a company would require when deciding to build a new plant all the way
through to the commissioning of the plant.
